Included: 

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Bed and bath linen + made beds
• Normal energy consumption (water - gas - electricity)

• Use of hottub with massage jets
• Use of outdoor swimming pool (seasonal heated from 01/05 until 30/09)
• Two packages of fire wood for the two fireplaces, Ofyr bbq and hot tub 
  
• Starter kit with dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, garbage bags, ...
• Free parking place for six cars
• Rituals bath amenities
• Welcome package with Nespresso coffee, tea and sweets

Excluded:

• The barrel sauna can be booked optionally, in addition to the already included wellness facilities.
• Charging of electric cars is not included.

Extra:

• Deposit: €1000
• Depending on availability you can check in earlier or check out later on request. A small surcharge will be applied for this. 
  

Cancellation policy:

• If cancellation is made more than 8 weeks before the stay, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.

• If cancellation is made less than 8 weeks before the stay, a cancellation fee of 100% of will be charged.

Important house rules:

• The holiday villa is only intended for relaxing holidays among family and friends
• Do not exceed maximum capacity of the holiday villa (8 persons)
• No parties or events
• No loud music inside and outside
• Quiet hours from 22:00
• The holiday villa is non-smoking and pets are not allowed
